Main organism causing  cellulitis .. staphylococcus aureus & streptococcus pyogen ..so treatment option is pencillin ( antistaphylococcal penicillin ..Flucloxaccilon ) & also with Cephalosporin .. 

If toxic presentation .. like High grade fever, Tachyponeoa ,High WBC count , low BP..that is ,features of sepsis ...we should go with IV antibiotics for 7 _14 days 

.risk factor ..Diabetes , Old age , Immunosuppressive condition ,CKD patient
